Minting an NFT on EmelVerse is a simple and intuitive process that allows users to own unique digital assets on the Monad blockchain. Below is a step-by-step breakdown of how users can mint an NFT and an explanation of the features visible in the interface.

How to Mint an NFT on EmelVerse

  1. Connect Your Wallet

    • Before you can mint an NFT, you must connect your crypto wallet that supports Monad tokens (MON).

    • Once connected, the platform will recognize your address and allow you to interact with collections.

  2. Navigate to a Collection

    • Browse through the available NFT collections on the homepage.

    • Click on the collection you are interested in to view its details.

  3. Review Collection Details

    • Each NFT collection has specific attributes displayed on the minting page. Here’s what you’ll find:

    🔹 Collection Name

    • The title of the NFT collection. In this case, it’s "AIart", indicating an AI-generated art collection.

    🔹 Contract Address

    • The blockchain contract address where this collection is stored. This is unique for each collection and ensures transparency on the Monad blockchain.

    🔹 Owner Address

    • The address of the creator or owner of the collection.

    🔹 Creation Date

    • Displays when the collection was created. In this example, the collection was created 5 days ago.

    🔹 Price Per NFT

    • The cost to mint a single NFT in the collection. Here, each NFT costs 10.0 MON (Monad tokens).

    🔹 Minted NFTs Count

    • Shows how many NFTs have already been minted from the collection.

    • In this example, 2 out of 100 NFTs have been minted so far.

    🔹 Progress Bar

    • A visual representation of how many NFTs have been minted in comparison to the total available supply.

  4. Minting an NFT

    • To mint an NFT, click on the "Mint for 10.0 MON" button.

    • A wallet transaction request will pop up, asking for confirmation.

    • Approve the transaction, and once it's processed, the NFT will be minted and added to your wallet.

  5. Ownership & Storage

    • After minting, the NFT is registered on the Monad blockchain.

    • The metadata and image of the NFT are stored on IPFS, ensuring decentralization and security.
